Tomato Hummus

Tomato Hummus

3 cups cooked garbanzo beans
2 medium tomatoes / 12 cherry tomatoes
1 large handful cilantro (some for garnish)
3-4 cloves garlic
1 wedge onion
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
sea salt

Zesty Chunky Hummus

3 cups garbanzo beans
1 large onion (1/2 blended, 1/2 chopped)
3 cloves garlic, blended
1 chunk ginger, blended (optional)
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
sea salt
20 zesty sesame leaves, shredded
10 cherry tomatoes, chopped
several green onion stems, chopped

Hummus Soup

2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 medium onion
1 medium tomato
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 chunk ginger

Blend above ingredients well, then add the following and blend lightly.

1 medium tomato, quartered
1/2 cucumber, chunked
1 handful greens - baby bok choy, spinach, leeks, parsley, cilantro
lemon juice
olive oil
sea salt
water, if needed

Turmeric Hummus
(the above recipes are fairly similar;
just add a little more turmeric
for color and flavor. Coconut oil adds a nice contrast to the turmeric spice)
turmeric hummus with two side dishes: lightly sauteed garlic stems,
and gingered zucchini, also lightly sauteeed
